A collection of all-stars may shine as individuals but struggle as a collective. I work with executive teams to help them build trust, change behaviors and work together as a cohesive unit.
The picture above resonates with me when I think about high performing teams. This is a picture taken at Pilanesberg National Park in South Africa. This was taken at feeding time (clearly). I found it odd that several species were feeding together. I learned the zebras and wildebeests rely on each other's strengths to not only find food but protect the heard from predators while feeding and migrating across the land. You will notice Impalas beyond the zebras and wildebeests - they are the followers who know they will be protected if they follow the leaders.
Do your team members have a high degree of TRUST with each other?

Are you ALIGNED and COMMITTED on team goals and areas of focus?
